The Hollywood Reporter announces that the fourth Spider-Man movie under Sam Raimi has hit another stumbling block after the director and the producing studio Sony couldn’t agree on which villains Spidey would face. Raimi wants the Vulture while Sony is after the Black Cat, a situation the two partners have faced before when Sony forced Raimi to accept Venom into Spider-Man 3, leading to an uneven film. A new script is being written that will try and marry the two opposing factors into the film, which may shift its May 2011 release date to sometime later in the summer.

Entertainment, with which it already has a first-look deal. Lee was the creator of many characters in the Marvel stable, and this new agreement will bring him closer to reuniting with them on a consulting basis, also giving Disney a 10% equity stake in the company. Building on an already successful three year creative and business relationship, POW! (Purveyors of Wonder) Entertainment Inc., the advanced media and entertainment company led by comic book and motion picture icon Stan Lee, announced today it is deepening its ties with The Walt Disney Company.

Disney will also take a 10% equity stake in POW! for $2.5 million.

Fourth Pirates film claims May 2011 release date
With Sony’s Spider-Man 4 apparently no longer coming in May 2011, other studios are now taking the chance to claim new release dates for their own movies in that timeframe. Disney’s Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides is now set to be released on May 20th, which would allow for it to come out a week before the Memorial Day holiday weekend. A lot of things are still unknown about the fourth Pirates movie–including whether or not Johnny Depp will return as Captain Jack Sparrow–but ComingSoon.net has a rumored plot for the film, which involves the Fountain of Youth and Jack meeting none other than Blackbeard himself.
The Simpsons to air 450th episode on Sunday

On its way to yet another milestone, The Simpsons will air its 450th episode on Sunday night at 8pm EST. The episode, entitled Once Upon a Time in Springfield, will be followed by a new hourlong special celebrating the show’s history. The documentary, from Super Size Me’s Morgan Spurlock, goes by the humorous title of The Simpsons 20th Anniversary Special in 3D on Ice.

| From TV Series to Die Hard series to the Last Boy Scout Bruce Willis has entertained audiences for years and not disappointed very many often. I feel that over the years Bruce Willis has progressed a great deal and dont think that will change any time soon. I believe that this scifi action thriller will be exciting and a successful work for Bruce Willis hes played tons of these roles before. Many are unsure but Im telling you that Im pretty sure this film will not flop its new and creative something the movie buisness needs its not a sequel or a remake its original a word that has slipped out of touch in recent years. I like the idea of this film and think that movie goers should see this film. Im going to. Dont think its quite suitable for young kids |
